User Testing and Rollout for F5’s Creative Framework

Role: Lead Designer, Project Owner


Design Challenge: To build brand equity, F5 needed a consistent creative approach that resonated with their personas to be applied throughout the funnel.

A new framework was created, but it had to be validated before it was rolled out.

Once finalized, the new approach had to be applied quickly and efficiently across the entire f5.com site, as well as other F5 site properties.

Solution: To validate that the new framework was a move in the right direction, we tested the current in-market creative against the new approach.

Working with the Campaigns team, as well as the Director of Brand Strategy, I led a collaborative effort to plan and execute the research via the UserTesting platform.

With the new approach validated, I created a strategic plan to roll out the framework on f5.com.

Working with project management, and leveraging efforts of multiple designers and web producers, I oversaw the on-time execution of a successful rollout.
