User Testing and Rollout for F5’s Creative Framework
Design challenge: F5 needed a consistent creative approach that resonated with their personas to show up throughout the funnel, driving sales and building brand equity.
A new framework was created, but it had to be validated before it was rolled out.
Once finalized, the new approach had to be applied quickly and efficiently across the entire f5.com site, as well as other f5 site properties.
Role: Lead Designer, Commitment Owner

Solution: To validate that the new framework was a move in the right direction, we tested our current creative in market against the new approach.
Working with designers and writer from our Campaigns team, as well as our Director of Brand Strategy, I lead a collaborative effort to plan and execute the research using the UserTesting platform.
After running the testing, our small team worked together to analyze and present the results to key stakeholders and the broader org.
Once validated, I created a strategic plan to roll out the new framework on f5.com, working with project management to execute it, leveraging efforts of multiple designers, as well as the Web Production team.
